Antumbra is Lauren Conger and Bianca Zongrone Jefferson — an HR-and-ops leader and a product-and-design operator who kept watching the same expensive movie: companies pour money into AI and get theater back. Demos that dazzle, dashboards nobody opens, teams quietly working around the very tools they were sold.
We come at it from opposite ends: Lauren from the people doing the work, Bianca from identifying what is actually worth building, and both are exactly where AI initiatives break. We started Antumbra to close that gap: real adoption, real leverage, and none of the performance.
